Old Hickory Home Inspection

Old Hickory Home Inspection started in 1997.  The company founder, Steve Dukic, has a background in the home construction field for 20+ years prior to starting the home inspection business.

We are natives to the Nashville Metro area and Wilson County, and in turn are very familiar with construction methods and applications in all areas around Metro Nashville.

We are active members in the Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association and have been members since 2006. We are also associated with the local chapter of American Society of Home Inspectors. These associations keep us aware of changes within the inspection industry and home construction.
